The Elgin Pub, Quizzes, and Culinary Joys in Notting Hill

Venturing out into the lively streets of Notting Hill led me to The Elgin, a quintessential pub radiating with character. A lively pub quiz fueled by laughter and camaraderie ensued, accompanied by sips of Guinness and the unforgettable taste of a perfectly cooked beef roast. (Regrettably, no pics, but etched in memory.)

Sweet Indulgences at Doughnut Time:

After a chilly walk through Notting Hill’s cozy streets, I felt the need for something warm. That’s when I stumbled upon Doughnut Time. The delicious scent of freshly baked treats greeted me, and a tasty doughnut turned out to be the perfect pick-me-up.

Nikita in Mayfair: A Glimpse of Scorpios Mykonos:

The night drew us to Nikita in Mayfair, where a Scorpios Mykonos-themed party unfolded. Immersed in the Mediterranean spirit, the atmosphere whisked me away to sun-kissed shores, creating an ambiance that echoed the magic of Mykonos through pulsating beats and dancing lights.

Chinatown’s Hidden Gem: Experimental Cocktail Club:

Exploring Chinatown, I stumbled upon the hidden charm of Experimental Cocktail Club. This tucked-away spot turned out to be a cozy haven for cocktail lovers, a small place where they turned making drinks into an art.

Overall, my London trip was a delightful blend of Christmas shopping, brisk walks in the chilly air, delightful drinks, quite a bit of takeaway indulgence, and the added bonus of getting to know Notting Hill a little better.
